At Gather & Feast, we create personal dining experiences for food loving couples looking to make their wedding a culinary celebration as well as a celebration of love.
Since 2012, we’ve been bringing our own brand of refined, relaxed catering to weddings and events across Essex, Suffolk and beyond. We love nothing more than getting creative – designing completely bespoke menus tailored to you and your guests, and we’re passionate about using local ingredients whenever possible.

In the last couple of years, we’ve been busy growing – expanding both our skilled team and the services that we can offer you. We’re excited to be able to provide a fuller wedding day service, with food placed squarely at the centre. From our bespoke menu design and catering options, to deliciously show-stopping wedding cakes and a range of planning services in partnership with our expert event planner Hayley, no matter what you’re looking for, we guarantee friendly, professional and creative service.

MEET THE TEAM
We’re a small but mighty team, and all of us are food lovers to the core. Each team member has their own specialist area of expertise, and we’re passionate about bringing vibrant, stylish and totally personal dining experiences to each one of our lovely couples.
Linda
Supremely organised and an expert planner and list-maker, Linda is the heart of Gather & Feast. She loves meeting new clients and devising creative, delicious menus that reflect their personalities and special food memories. Her personal favourites tend towards classic comfort food with a classy twist. Curling up with a bowl of something rich, warming and hearty; a new cookery book and a glass of cold, crisp English fizz is her idea of a perfect evening.

Rob
Rob joined the business full time in 2016 as head chef and logistics manager. His energy and skill have revolutionised the Gather & Feast kitchen, and we’re going from strength to strength under his expert stewardship. He dreams of freshly grilled surf and turf eaten at the water’s edge, and will never say no to a dark pint of Guinness or a single malt. Just don’t ask him to do the washing up!
Emily
Emily’s our formidable and fabulous kitchen manager, who runs a tight ship but always keeps a smile on her face. A sun-seeker with a love of spice (her dad’s curry and home made bhajis take some serious beating as far as she’s concerned), she started her food journey in Spain as a teenager, running the kitchen in her parents' bar. We’re so glad she found us, and she has quickly become an indispensable member of the Gather & Feast team.
Shireen
Shireen is the baking wizard behind our light and lovely naked and semi-naked wedding cakes. Extremely skilled and with an enthusiasm for all things wedding that is totally infectious, she fit right in to the Gather & Feast family when she joined us full time in summer 2019. Give Shireen a cheeseboard, a roaring fire and some twinkly lights, and she’s a happy woman.

We make as much as possible from scratch in our own kitchen, using local suppliers as often as we can.
